The Rabbit   
A man was driving down the highway, and he saw a rabbit hopping across the road. He swerved to avoid hitting the rabbit, but unfortunately the rabbit jumped in front of the car and was hit.
swerve　vi. 1. 突然轉向;轉彎;偏離方向 2. 背離[(+from)]

1. The car swerved to the right. 車子突然轉向右方。
2. I will never swerve from my declared policy on this matter. 在這個問題上我決不會背離我公開宣佈的政策。

The driver, being a sensitive man as well as an animal lover, pulled over to the side of the road, and got out to see what had become of the rabbit. Much to his dismay, it was dead. The driver felt so awful, he began to cry.

雞腳棗參湯  
維骨力可以丟棄了
雞腳棗參湯治骨質疏鬆、 軟骨磨損 ，療效神速。
病症；骨質疏鬆、雙腳無力、軟骨磨損不良於行者。
藥材；雞腳10隻、紅棗7個、高麗參7片。
用法；將上述藥材加水蓋過藥材，用電鍋慢燉至雞腳爛透為止，隨即將浮油撈去，趁熱喝湯，一帖可分幾次食用。
骨質疏鬆症不是時髦的疾病，只是這種以往沒被發現的病症，在X光廣泛被運用在醫學攝影上後，使得這種毛病無所遁形，因而受到重視，更因為醫師的宣導與奶製品廠商的推波助瀾，讓國人投注較多的關心，而成為很時髦的病症。
患有骨質疏鬆症者，從X光片中，很容易可以看出骨質出現很多的小孔洞然而根據專家研究，骨質疏鬆症骨頭的組成比率並沒有明顯的改變，只不過是骨量全體變得比原先要少。
患有骨質疏鬆症者，長期下來會有腰部、背部、骨頭的酸痛；這種疼痛並不是突然發生的，至於是什麼時候開始疼痛，患者也不會記得很清楚，這種酸痛通常是在同一個姿勢太久，比如坐太久或站太久之後，就會感到酸痛。
究竟為什麼有骨質流失的現象，迄今並無定論，不過依個人之研究，大概因造血、造髓、造骨的功能退化有關，與鈣質補充量之不足也有相當密切的關係。在臨床的報告中顯示，女性比男性更容易罹患骨質疏鬆症。
骨質疏鬆症另一個嚴重的副作用就是，稍一不慎，遇有滑跤、跌倒，就非常容易造成骨折，而這時候的骨折更不容易治癒、復原。
因此，中年人在未罹患骨質疏鬆症之前即應盡早「存骨本」，而銀髮族更需要適時補充鈣質。喝牛奶、吃奶製品固然是很好的補充方法，但是仍不及「雞腳棗參湯」來得神速有效。
「雞腳棗參湯」所用材料為；雞腳十隻、紅棗七個、高麗片七片。
做法非常簡單，首先將雞腳洗淨（土雞或肉雞均可，不過仍以土雞為佳），將雞腳於開水中川燙後，在粘板上用刀背拍破骨頭，連同紅棗與高麗參，放入大碗公或不鏽鋼鍋中，加水淹過所有材料，放在電鍋中慢慢燉，燉至雞腳爛透為止，隨即將浮油撈去，趁熱吃肉喝湯，一帖可分二天吃，剛開始每周至少吃三帖，一個月後，每周吃一帖即可，不出二個月軟骨、骨本必定會補充進來。
對於膽固醇太高者，可以不吃肉，則膽固醇就不會太高。本方對雙腳無力、軟骨磨損不良 於行者，食用兩次之後，就有特別之療效，其神速功效絕對不是任何藥物可以望其項背者。

Disney1996年動畫片《真假公主－安納塔西亞》（Anastasia）片尾曲，由Donna Lewis 和Richard Marx合唱。Donna Lewis孩童般脆鈴的嗓音配上Richard Marx略帶沙啞又充滿柔情的歌聲，交相融匯演繹出了這首節奏輕快，旋律美妙的對唱經典。不管你有沒有看過這部動畫，歌曲本身就值得細細品味，充滿魅力。很喜歡這段歌詞

相當好的一首歌 , 最大的特色就是曲風好似動物在草原上奔馳的情景

這首歌的歌詞大致上是在講人的生活很累、很煩...點點點，如果能生活得像動物，可以輕鬆自在吧

拿東西的時候，意為：我已拿了
例如：在路上人家要發傳單給你，而你手上已經有一張了，你該怎麼回答?若依中文的意思說: I already have one. 發傳單的人楞了一下， 說 You got it? 其實在這種情況下只要說 I got it. 就可以了，而不需說那麼長又那麼繞舌的一句: "I already have one."
問問題，意為：我明白了
相反的I don't get it 我還不懂
I got it. 我明白了
You got it? 你明白了吗？
